The Director of Operations and Business Development of Sentient Neurocare Services (SNS), a subsidiary of Sentient, will manage the daily activities of SNS. The individual in this position will have responsibility for SNS profitability including the creation of the region’s marketing plan and development of new contracts, as well as managing the daily activities of the Clinical Managers and Technologists.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences and either an MBA or MS degree. RVT/RVS, EEG, CNIM or DABNM credentials are preferred. This position also requires at least three (3) to five (5) years of management experience of an OR/Ultrasound/Radiology or Neuroscience department. Former medical management experience with the budgeting process, P&L statements and capital equipment is required. Knowledge of procedures and equipment used to perform electrophysiological and ultrasound tests is mandatory.
