executive management opportunity for a hands-on BSEE and operations leader with
embedded design experience and a passion for operations excellence. Reporting
to the CEO, this individual will run division-wide operations for a small 100
person component design group including new product development, discrete
design & testing, production planning, and supply chain.
Production/manufacturing is outsourced.

The ideal candidate will have
an electrical engineering background coupled with at least 5 years of
operations management experience. An MBA is a plus. A high energy can-do
attitude is important and the company culture is very results oriented and team
focused. There is an entrepreneurial "make it happen" spirit that
pervades.

Candidates should be able to
provide verifiable, specific examples of personal leadership achievements
including enterprise-wide cost containment, process improvements, supply chain
efficiencies and enhancements to the customer service and technical support
experience.

This is an executive management
role with a COO/VP of Operations title, but one that will require a hands-on
leader who is willing to wear a lot of hats and who understands the basic
underlying engineering challenges.

Recent electronics engineering
experience is a must. Beautiful, highly desirable Mid-Atlantic location.
