We are working with the franchisee of a national QSR leading brand who is seeking a Director of Operations to lead and develop two Area Supervisors and 9 high-volume restaurants in the Iowa City region.

The successful candidate for this Director of Operations position has the following qualifications:- At least 4 years of experience at Director level leading first-level multi-unit operators and 8 PLUS locations
- Your experience MUST be in HIGH VOLUME Quick Serve Restaurants
- Preferred experience with concepts like Chick-Fil-A, In-N-Out Burger, McDonald's, Chipotle and other highly systematized groups
- This leader must be personable, yet be able to instigate action in subordinates
- A demonstrated high skill level in developing others is necessary
- You will be leading over 400 employees, your ability to be motivational and charismatic is key
