About the Job

Summary


 


The Director of Operations provides day to day management of the physical plant, infrastructure, building systems and provides support for the various administrative, event and production departments at the France Merrick Performing Arts Center.  Knowledge of HVAC building automation and preventative maintenance preferred.  Experience managing housekeeping, security staff, building engineer and operations staff preferred.


 


Qualifications



  • BA/BS in area of responsibility or 5 years or more
  • Ability to successfully negotiate contracts
  • Experience preparing and presenting yearly budgets and periodic budget management
  • Computer Literate
  • Strong leadership skills
