Operations Executive

We are seeking to fill an Operations Executive position to be based in CA and travel extensively throughout the southern half of the US..  The candidate selected will be responsible for the entire Southern operation of our armored transportation and cash processing facilities.Qualified candidates will be security sensitive with prior cash logistics experience. Must have P&L management experience and ability to prepare and analyze key financial data reports. A thorough understanding of DOT guidelines is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Excellent leadership experience is required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (other duties maybe assigned)

§          Manages and oversees assigned region’s financial and capital budgets to include analyzing data for the purpose of preparing key financial data reports.

§          Responsible for hiring Operations Managers, Sr. Managers and Directors within assigned region
 

§          Responsible for ensuring that rewarding, coaching, counseling and disciplining of branch location employees is being administrated consistent with Company policy within region.
 

§          Conducts regular management meetings to obtain feedback on important issues as well as feedback on departmental concerns within the region.

§          Oversees security issues within assigned district and works with Corporate Security Department on an as needed basis.

§          Oversees Managers within the assigned region and provides directions on the operational activities of entire region. 

§          Ensures that all branch locations within assigned region are operating according to strict Company policies and procedures

§          Reviews site reports to ensure branch locations within assigned region are processing accurately and within contractual obligations.

§          May determine truck routing and re-routing when necessary.

Job Requirements 

§          Position requires individual to have a minimum of 10-15 years Operations management experience.  Strong knowledge of armored operations, currency processing and bank operations experience preferred.

§          A Bachelor's degree in Business Management or comparable combination of education and work experience is required. MBA is a plus.

§          Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required.

§          May require individual to have and maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License with no air-brake restrictions (applicable to branches with vehicles over 26,001 lbs.), and maintain a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

§          Individual must demonstrate clarity and proficiency in oral and written communication. Must be able to communicate effectively. 

§          Individual must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a team of professionals in the region.

§          Individual must be multi-tasked oriented, organized and have the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

§          Individual must be familiar with applicable work rules/labor agreement, Company employee and safety handbooks, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and other required documents.May be required to obtain and maintain various weapons permits and licenses and carry weapons while performing the essential functions of the position.
