A $100 million revenue, publicly traded (NASDAQ) manufacturer of machinery is searching for a Director of Operations with the following minimum experience and qualifications:

Responsible for all aspects of engineering, manufacturing operations including planning, scheduling and supervising the daily facility operations to assure production meets the required quantity and quality of product within the delivery timelines.  These duties include but are not limited to, hiring and training employees, maintaining the plant facilities and scheduling daily production as necessary to meet the required delivery schedules safely and efficiently.

Applicant should have degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.  Must have 7 years minimum managing operations for multi-site operations of 200 plus employees engaged in heavy steel fabrication, machining and assembly of structures and electromechanical components.

 Will be responsible for manufacturing operations in all aspects  including facilities, machinery, tools and staffing.  Experienced in planning and budgeting; purchasing; warehousing; inventory control; manufacturing methods and processes; maintenance operations; optimization of efficiencies, productivity and cost controls.
