Director of Patient Care Services

Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Medical Officer the Director of Patient Care Services is responsible for providing leadership and administrative oversight of all health center practices.

Incumbent is involved in supporting all aspects of clinical care. Ability to clinically supervise, direct and coordinate all aspects of nursing operations in collaboration with direct reports. This position is responsible for ensuring adequate staffing levels and assisting with organizing, planning, leading, and supervising clinical and management activities for Adult Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics and Special Populations. 

Strong emphasis on patient care, safety, and quality and infection control required as mandated by State and Federal regulations. Results orientated with emphasis on Patient Satisfaction. 

Requirements: Must have Bachelor’s Degree – Masters preferred and be a registered professional nurse with current state of New Jersey licensure, CPR Certification, Three (3) to five (5) years administrative supervisory experience in a Healthcare, ambulatory care setting.
