Thanks to a capacity building grant from The James Irvine Foundation, Mainly Mozart is able to enhance its infrastructure with a new, full-time "Director of Patron Development" position, responsible for earned revenue generation.  The position will report to the Executive Director.

Candidates must have at least five years pertinent experience with a non-profit, performing arts organization, have proven skills in strategic sales, statistical marketing, and information technology, be highly organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy arts environment, and have the ability to manage multiple projects.  The successful candidate will have a proven track record in: devising and implementing ticket and sponsorship sales strategies; creating budgets; developing revenue reports and forecasts; developing and implementing advertising campaigns; managing all aspects of patron relations; serving as liaison to community advisory groups and councils; and strategic planning.
