Our client, a WNY regional medical center is looking for a Director of Perioperative Services.
The Director is responsible for Perioperative services including OR, PACU, ASC, Endoscopy, Pain Management, OP Procedures and Materials Management with 24-hour accountability. Duties include directing, organizing, plan, control and direct entire Perioperative staff. The Director will develop efficient, cost effective processes to improve patient satisfaction and maintain economic standards of services.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
· Hold New York State License or Board eligible for NYS License
· BSN in related field, MS, MSN, MBA or MHA preferred.
· Minimum of five years current nursing experience.
· Demonstrated leadership or prior management experience CNOR preferred.
