Our client has been in operation in the same community for more than 70 years. They are classified as a critical access hospital. They offer a full complement of health services (including long term care) to the surrounding community.
They are seeking a Director of Pharmacy, the ideal candidate will be a pharmacist ready to take the program to the next level. They are looking to add services, specialty clinics and satellite pharmacies. Because of the expanding services, this is a new position. You will be writing your own job description as you develop the program and services. The opportunities here are limitless.
Requirements:
-Bachelors in Pharmacy, (PharmD preferred)
-Hospital based pharmacy experience
-2-3 years management/supervisory experience
-Washington license (out of state must be eligible for license at time of first interview)
Location:
The hospital is located in central Washington. Outdoor activities are plentiful in the surrounding area. The average temperature ranges from high 20’s in the winter to high 80’s in the peak of summer.
Compensation:
Salary is competitive and depending on experience.
