We are seeking a Director of Pharmacy for a hospital located on the beautiful shore of Lake Ontario.

The Director will manage the department; establish policies, procedures, standards, and objectives for the provision of services; evaluate performance and maintain quality assurance; coordinate with other departments to provide maximum level of services to patients and hospital staff, and direct the Medication Management and Delivery system throughout the organization.  The Director will be responsible for 3 cost centers and will report to the Associate Administrator, Clinical Support Services.

The hospital is located in an area that offers sailing, power boating, nearby sandy beaches, and world-class sport fishing.

Requirements:

-         Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy

-         License and registration

-         2-5 years experience as a Director in a hospital or similar institution
