A major hospital system has a Director of Pharmacy position available. This Director will oversee the Pharmacy Departments of three hospitals and a retail pharmacy. This person will be expected to exercise leadership in areas of quality of service, choice of equipment, and supplies pertaining to pharmacy operations. This pharmacist will be ultimately responsible for issues pertaining to patient satisfaction, excellence in outcomes and cost-effectiveness, employee relations within the pharmacy division.

REQUIREMENTS: This person must be a pharmacist with three years of leadership experience - preferably at the Director level and have 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience. Master's degree or enrollment in a Master's program is highly preferred.
