Bay View Physical Therapy is a growing outpatient orthopedic facility with 7 clinics in Maine. Our clinics treat a wide variety of outpatients including a diverse orthopedic population. Our commitment is to delivering high quality, one-on-one care to our patients.
We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Director of Physical Therapy in Ellsworth, ME. We are seeking an entrepreneurial spirit who places a strong emphasis on patient care. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the supervision of staff, direct care, marketing, leadership, and overall management responsibilities.
We are seeking:
• Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum.
• Previous staff supervisory responsibility, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting.
• Current state of Maine license, CPR certification.
• Exercise and Manual based skills.
• A strong leader with an outgoing and energetic personality.
• Ability to market the clinic.
We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary plus an individual incentive plan, Profit Sharing and more.
