This international medical device company provides long-term opportunities for advancement and it is currently undergoing significant growth. There is an immediate need for a 'Director of Quality Assurance & Compliance'. This position will manage others and requires management experience. This individual MUST be high energy and enthusiastic and have a background in the management of quality assurance and compliance. The position requires experience with a medical device or medical products company of some type (without exceptions). Candidates MUST have a team-oriented, collaborative and supportive management style.
Base Salary: $125,000 to $135,000
1st Year-Annual Bonus Potential $16,000 to $20,000

- MUST have a strong work ethic
- Be mobile regarding relocation (position is located in a Midwestern location)
- Have a team-oriented, collaborative, supportive management style
