DIRECTOR OF QUALITY-MI

LETICA CORPORATION, a leading manufacturer of plastic and paper packaging products, is seeking a DIRECTOR OF QUALITY to join our team.   

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·        Ability to provide leadership in areas of continuous improvement

·        Capacity to develop team members across multiple locations

·        Ability to effectively implement quality systems to become a leader in the industry

Requirements:

·        MUST BE SIX SIGMA CERTIFIED-GREEN OR BLACK BELT

·        10+ years in manufacturing and quality assurance

·        Injection molding background

·        Multiple location experience

·        Bachelor's degree in related field

·        Experience resolving issues in a team environment

·        Be able to travel as needed
