As ACS continues its growth, its recruiting model has become increasingly important. With this in mind, ACS leadership is looking to expand its technical recruiting team.  ACS is seeking a top-performing individual capable of implementing a best-in-class recruiting function. This dynamic individual will lead a team of recruiters that are based in the US, Latin America and India.


 


RESPONSIBILITIES


 


As the Director of Recruiting, you will:



  • Build the recruiting organization and culture across multiple business lines, for the purpose of increasing the headcount resulting in increased revenue, gross margin and operating income.

  • Develop and execute specialized recruiting and fulfillment strategies and tactics targeted at business expansion.

  • Attract, hire, and develop recruiting professionals in support of company objectives.

  • Provide leadership, development, and coaching for recruiting team. Evaluate, manage, and communicate metrics and recruitment activity reporting.

  • Team with Sales Manager to align recruiting strategy with sales strategy, meet customer expectations, and grow market share.

  • Partner with sales to develop customer relationships to achieve revenue goals, growth and fill ratio goals.

  • Align with Sales to generate job requirements and partner with Sales Manager to establish priorities and communicate requirements and priorities to recruiting team.

  • Drive Supplier Associate relationship, Off-shore Strategy, and Sourcing model to impact performance results.

  • Team with Operations to manage the impact of profit and loss of the recruiting group by managing financial performance; including direct and indirect costs, direct margin, and operating profit.

  • Develop results-oriented staff by coaching and counseling employees; planning, monitoring, resolving and appraising job performance. Hold staff accountable by monitoring and measuring job performance.

  • Identify and resolve all personnel matters within organizational scope, ensuring that all company policies and procedures are properly implemented and consistently administered.

  • Ensure all recruiting is performed in conjunction with ACS policies and within legal guidelines.

  • Perform functions of Fulfillment Manager as necessary.

  • Assist with recruiting as required.

  • Communicate ACS’s mission, vision, and values and ensures compliance with all ACS policies.

  • Create a successful business environment by helping to eliminate barriers that prevent achievement of business unit goals.

  • Drive the continuous improvement process by championing and monitoring quality initiatives.

 


PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Technically proficient with all aspects of recruiting.

  • An extensive professional network in IT and engineering is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills including the ability to articulate via the telephone and in person.

  • A high level of enthusiasm for building a business and a personal sense of urgency and capacity to overcome obstacles is a must.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects and proven ability to develop relationships.

  • Ability to critically assess candidates’ capabilities.

 


This position offers attractive earnings potential including a base salary plus monthly commissions.
