A national leader in healthcare services is seeking two Directors of Recruiting, Physician Services. The positions are located near San Diego, CA and Knoxville, TN.

Overview

The Director of Recruiting, Physician Services manages all provider recruitment and ensures compliance with scheduling requirements. Manages staff of recruiters, schedulers and coordinators and partners with other corporate department leaders.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Managing, hiring, training and evalutating staff of recruiters, schedulers and other administration


• Design and implement recruitment strategies to ensure timely recruitment of physicians and mid-level providers for facilities.


• Provide quantititative metrics for senior leadership team; Analyze and interpret metrics to maximize recruitment efforts.


• Initiate contracts process and ensure a legal and regulatory compliance


• Manage department budget


• Ensure department database is maintained with accurate and timely data input of staff members

Requirements include:

• Bachelor degree in related fied required; Masters preferred


• Minimum 5 years physician recruiting experience required


• Minimum 5-10 years management of department and staff experience required


• Healthcare/physician contracts and compliance experience


• Good business acumen, organization and communication skills


• Strong computer and metrics skills


• Ability to travel overnight when needed
