As a key member of the management team, the Director of Regulatory & Clinical will develop and deliver on strategic plans, ensure global compliance of Nonin products, and lead ever-expanding clinical trial efforts.  The individual in this role will use their exceptional people skills to lead, manage, and develop the Regulatory & Clinical team and to create positive and productive cross-functional relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess their Master’s or PhD in a relevant field, 8+ years in global regulatory and/or clinical roles in medical device or high tech industries (including 5+ years of successful team management and leadership), a demonstrated track record of success with regulatory agencies, ability to creatively build programs that fit changing business needs while maintaining compliance and exceptional communication skills. 

Other qualifications include a strong drive for results, excellent project management and presentation skills, and a high degree of professional integrity.
