My client is located near the Midwest's premier lake resort destination, offering world-class recreational activities to suit any budget and taste.

They have asked me to identify and qualify their next Director of Rehab.  It will be a working Director position, 90% of the time treating patients in the capacity as an Occupational Therapist.  Incumbent must possess drive to really nurture and grow the OT business.

They currently have a beautiful, state-of-the-art facility, and they have added four off-site clinics to provide even more convenience for their customers.  A community survey ranked rehab services highest of all services for customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

MOT - Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy

Minimum 1 year experience as a Director in a Hospital setting.
