As a classically trained engineer who has worked up through the ranks of manufacturing, design and engineering management, this Director of Reliability Engineering based out of Scottsdale, Arizona is your chance to have it all.  Armed with a proven track record in creating engineering processes, you will rise to the challenge of harmonizing our concept to production processes to produce one cohesive gated engineering release and change system.  Your ability to understand the correlation of materials during accelerated reliability testing will play a critical role as you develop accelerated testing processes for a variety of materials and components within our SunCatcher system.  Your extensive background in reliability will go hand in hand with the aim to achieve improvements in cost and manufacturability; however, more importantly is your task to develop comprehensive validation processes that instill high-confidence in our product.  Through your years of experience working with CAD, modeling software, PLM and ERP systems, you will also play an integral role in analyzing software packages to select and implement a company-wide software solution.
