Our client has been a family owned business for more than 20 years. They are a local leader in Material Handling solutions. The territories they serve are Chesapeake, Hampton, Newport News, Norfolk, Poquoson, Portsmouth, Smithfield, Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Williamsburg, York, and the surrounding territories.


 


The Service Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the service team, by ensuring all goals and related strategies align with business initiatives to increase sales and maximize customer satisfaction. Manage the training of service technicians. Hire, coach and develop a service team that provides valus added service internal and external customers.
