Director of Sales needed to work directly with our general sales force and flooring sales specialist to introduce and pursue flooring business with existing accounts, new prospects and general contractors. Responsibilities include supervision of the flooring sales specialist, and general sales management activities such as deployment, goal setting, sales coaching, training and performance management. This position will be responsible for achieving divisional sales and gross profit goals, and will manage vendor relationships, including vendor selection and pricing. This position will also be responsible for direct sales management of house accounts and select bids.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 5 years experience in the commercial flooring industry
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
