We are currently seeking a driven and talented Sales Leader to lead our multimillion dollar Fleet Sales organization which sells to government entities, municipalities, organizations who maintain their own fleets, and other related companies.  This great opportunity has overall responsibility and leadership for our Fleet Sales Representatives and for the achievement of sales goals and objectives.

This Senior Level position will:

• Develop a sales strategy for each market
  
• Assist sales team in their achievement of goals and objectives, in closing business, and growing the fleet division in each of their areas.
  
• Provide updates to senior leadership regarding the performance of fleet accounts and opportunities
  
• Manage own group of fleet accounts ensuring sales objectives with such assigned accounts are met

A qualified candidate will posses at least 10 years of progressive sales experience along with at least 5-7 years experience as a Sales Leader. Must have proven sales results as well as the ability to effectively develop, lead, and train a successful, driven, goal oriented sales team. Strong preference will be given to a candidate with experience in selling to Fleet accounts or company cost centers.
