The right candidate for the position of Director of Sales will be excellent at cultivating new relationships with employees, customers, vendors and all levels of management. This “Innovator” will be responsible for supporting growth and strategic direction while maintaining our company culture.


 


The role of the Director of Sales is to develop a “go-to-market” commercial strategy by penetrating graphics & industrial market segments defined by the senior management team as profitable markets plant should plant should be a major player in to grow margins & share positions. 


 


This position directs the development and implementation of the annual graphics & industrial plant & sales professional territory plans. The Director of Sales will be accountable for delivering the margin, volume, segment & new account development budget metrics across all graphics & industrial segments. 


 


A qualified candidate for the position of Director of Sales will have a Bachelors degree, at least 5 years of sales experience and at least 4 years of experience in management. Sales experience in manufacturing, packaging and or graphics preferred.
