The Holiday Inn of Manitowoc, an award winning 204 room full service hotel, is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Director of Sales to join our staff.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Prospecting and developing new client accounts in a variety of market segments
· Researching, identifying and solidifying new relationships and business with current key corporate accounts
· Making sales calls to establish the presence and enhance the image of the Holiday Inn Manitowoc
· Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction of in-house guests
· Preparing reports and budgets as determined by the General Manager
Requirements include:
· Minimum of two years successful hotel or group sales experience selling to a variety of market segments
· Strong prospecting and closing skills as well as excellent written and oral communication skills
· Must be self-motivated, energetic and able to achieve goals successfully
