IntegraCare, manager of Assisted & Independent Living Communities, is looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing for one of our premier residences, Rexford Place. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual, who enjoys serving the community, to manage our marketing effort.

Responsibilities include: building and maintaining positive relationships with local referral sources; managing the inquiry, admissions and discharge process; maintaining marketing database; creating marketing plan; conducting presentations to various community groups; coordinating tours of the community; and achieving census goals.

Qualifications include: three or more years of marketing experience or sales background in the long-term health care industry, bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and a valid PA driver’s license.
