Duties

The District Manager of Sales and Marketing oversees business development through leadership and management of sales staff, monitoring performance indicators for the team, coaching and motivating the team to achieve company set goals and work in collaboration with all lines of business. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, directing and measuring an annual sales and marketing plan for the company by translating business objectives and strategies to facilitate growth.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related business field

·         Master’s degree preferred

·         Proven leadership and management skills

·         Minimum of four to seven years in a sales and marketing role in the healthcare industry

·         Minimum of three years in a management role

·         Experience in energizing and motivating sales representatives to increase sales and relationships with the communities we serve.

·         Experience in home healthcare preferred
·         Experience in growing sales in new territories preferred
