All potential candidates must have:
- A proven track record in an inside sales / outside sales environment.
- Strong leadership skills to work with existing managers and employees.
- Experience managing a sales team and sales department – strategic planning, market analysis, development of marketing plan and ability to execute marketing plan.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Ability to work towards and meet goals and metrics as outlined by the Executive Director.
- Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group presentations.
- College Degree Preferred
