Cyvergence Corporation dba CyverOne provides a Call Center scalable from the small to enterprise class system. The core product is the Asterisk PBX open source software. It is delivered on a unique cloud computing and unified telecom platform. The Call Center has been installed in a major call center for a Fortune 50 company. The Call Center System provides tools for optimizing productivity based upon a Queue Management System. It a virtual system supporting in-house and at home workers. The CyverOne is fully featured and a total solution PBX. VoIP service is bundled with the PBX and Call Center. The system is a Cisco VLAN compatible network. The time required to install and maintain the system is unique when compared to the competitive alternatives.
The basic platform is a Cisco compatible VLAN router firewall. The system is automatically DHCP provisioned to the WAN and LAN. A Graphical User Interface creates a unique, patent pending Security Guard. The CyverCom GUI permits the system to be installed with a minimum of effort and efficient system maintenance. The key to the overall efficiency is the embedded processor, appliance infrastructure configured with a Graphical User Interface.
The customer contract is based upon capacity and is free of complex administer licensing arrangements. It eliminates a nightmare of administrative entanglements for the channel partners, resellers and end users.
Responsibilities:
The Director of Marketing will have the prime responsibility for developing the distribution channels and sales revenues. Distribution arrangements are with certified Channel Partners, VARS, Telecom Consultants and System Integrators. .
Required Skills/Experience:
· Director of Marketing will have specific experience in the sale of Call Centers, telecom, PBX, VoIP and IP network system |
· Capable of analyzing and articulating revenue and profit making opportunities.
· Work with resources in both Cyvergence dba CyverOne and strategic partner reseller companies to develop go-to-market business plans that will include awareness, demand generation activities, training/education, and development of joint offerings
- Support strategic partner resellers to focus on market segments that will assure profitable results.
- Minimum 5+ years experience in high tech industry
(preferably PBX and IP networks)
- Demonstrated capability to identify market opportunities and product development requirements.
- Foster a "win-win" philosophy in the channel partner organization.
- Proven ability in presentation and effective communication skills in formal and informal settings.
- Highly motivated, high energy and results oriented.
- Strong writing and computer skills.
- B.A./ B.S. in Business, Marketing, Strategic Planning or related experience preferred. Master's degree or MBA highly desired.
