As the Director of Software Development based in Las Vegas, Nevada,
your main objective will be to provide functional and technical work direction
to the development staff, as well as overall solutions architecture direction
across all software development projects for eCommLink  

• Critical
  to your success will be your depth and breadth of technical capabilities
  within the Microsoft development tools (.NET, SQL, C#, ASP.NET) as you
  will be managing the front and back-end development of our web-based,
  object-oriented product
• Knowledge
  of open source technologies (PHP and MySQL) is also a must as one of our
  front-end products is developed using both of these platforms
• Your
  strong understanding of a software development life cycle methodology will
  allow you to plan each development project including definition of cost
  benefit analysis, creation of project plans, high level and detail sizings,
  input and review of functional and technical specifcations with functional
  and technical design phases and to work with IT and business teams to
  ensure quality and consistency in overall delivery
• Your
  knowledge of information technology enterprise architecture principles and
  best practices, infrastructure management, hardware and software
  technologies, and data communication environments will allow you to handle
  the design and development of our products
