Our recently updated state-of-the-art critical access hospital is searching for an energetic team leader to head up our Operating Room. As the Director of Surgical Services you will lead the day to day management of the Operating Room and report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. We are seeking a strong leader who has the ability to build relationships with the staff, patients and physicians and join the leadership team at our facility.

Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Operating Room
- Anesthesia
- Sterile processing
- Operating Room Supplies
- This is an active director position
Job Requirements:
- Licensed Registered Nurse
- Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing
- 1+ Years of Operating Room Management experience
Compensation and Benefits:
