DIRECTOR OF TECHNICAL SERVICES
Small Roofing & Bldg. Envelope Consulting firm located in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Director of Technical Services. Candidates must have excellent roofing technical knowledge in order to provide assistance to staff as well as roofing applicators.
This person must have strong leadership skills, as well as, an ownership type approach. Must be extremely organized and be able to organize work loads, multiple schedules, and roofing projects. Must be loyal, hard working, and possess a can-do attitude. This position is not for the average person looking for a salary. This person must be self motivated and willing to invest their time and effort for a future return that is also monetarily above the norm.
Requirements Candidates must have a minimum of 20 years roofing experience & computer skills are necessary. This position is a salaried position, between 55k & 70k, commensurate with experience as well as a competitive benefits package. Company vehicle also provided.
