Responsibilities:

• Perform data mining, analysis, provide feedback and make recommendations (presentations, graphs, charts, etc.)
  
  
• Utilize excellent communication skills as this position will interact with internal staff members and external customers

Below are the required skills for this position:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or direct work related equivalent experience
  
• 2+ years of experience developing Crystal Reports, including database mining skills and working with SQL, MS Access, MS Excel and the overall Microsoft Office Suite
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to work well within a team oriented environment
  
• Excellent project management skills
