POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage a Dispatch Center with a twenty plus person team, which combines Dispatchers, dispatch support, and Customer Support Representatives.

• Ensure proper execution of the entire Dispatch center, ranging from order entry to on-time completion of work, along with real-time problem resolution.

• Drive complete management, training, reporting, pro-active problem resolution/prevention, and efficient operations

• Maintain and grow our already industry leading levels of; on-time deliveries, customer satisfaction, and productive and effective fleet operations

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Management experience in the same-day/on-call industry in a multi-thousand plus deliveries per day environment

• Self-drive, adaptable, accountable, and motivated to lead in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communications and leadership skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite required and experience in CXT's software suite strongly desired

• Coaching, Mentoring, and process orientation skills

• BA, AA, or equivalent experience acceptable
