About Us:

Our company is a Wastewater Collection Company targeting the grease trap market segment of the industry. Our company currently operates in the Texas, Georgia and Florida markets.

 

We are currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team in Elmendorf, TX.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operates computer system to schedule, route, track and invoice work
  • Resolves invoicing and payment issues with customers
  • Serves as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians to schedule, route, track, and invoice services provided.
  • Maintains proper radio communication with service technicians
  • Adjust service technicians routes for emergency work
  • Maintains daily paperwork and service technicians manifest records
  • Calls customers to confirm appointments and notify them of any schedule changes
  • Resolves customer issues in a courteous, professional and timely manner
  • Works cooperatively with location manager to support the service technicians

 

Qualifications:

The Dispatcher must have the ability to operate an established scheduling/routing software program; general business practices; standard office practices and procedures; and a general knowledge of the geography of the state.

 

Must have:

Ability to provide World Class customer service; exercise good judgment; understand and follow general instructions; coordinate multiple activities and tasks; develop and maintain effective working relationships; exhibit a pleasant telephone manner; answer routine questions; analyze situations and seek appropriate solutions; maintain confidentiality; maintain accurate and complete work records; able to learn new software programs; communicate effectively.

 

Skills needed:

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as effective listening
  • Experience operating general office equipment including PC/laptop and software
  • Planning and scheduling workload, able to multitask
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • At least one year of dispatch experience
  • Experience with scheduling/dispatch/routing, a plus
