If you are this individual Adecco is looking for you! We are looking for a candidate with two-three years of recent customer service experience, dispatch exprience, and/or receptionist experience.
* This candidate must demonstrate a charasmatic personality; by greeting customers as soon as they enter the door
* Very friendly and very professional
* Dispatch utilizing a headset and maintaining superior customer services in handling multiple lines (6-10)
* Must be able to work with clients/customers, and sales representatives contacting company
* Individual must have advanced microsoft office (word, excel, and outlook)skills and will be tested within our office
* Candidate must be proactiv and accountable for the position
* Must feel comfortable to present new ideas to improve efficiency within the office
* Answer a computerized switchboard
* Maintain high level of service by providing colleagues with timely and accurate information
* Manage all incoming calls and directing customers to correct indivudal
* Take part in internal projects within the company
