Distribution Center Supervisor

JoS. A. Bank, one of the nation’s fastest growing men’s clothiers, has an exciting opportunity for a Distribution Center Supervisor to cover the second shift and assist in our rapid growth.

This Supervisor will be responsible for the effective management of the 2nd shift operation which will be implemented in August 2010. Prior to this date, this individual will be an interim supervisor on the first shift. The ideal candidate insures a safe and productive work environment for the employees and maintains high levels of productivity to achieve the goals of the Company.

The selected individual must be able to work 1st shift hours to initially and move into 2nd shift hours starting in August. They must have excellent managerial experience as well as, computer skills. Previous Distrubution Center experience is required. This person should have good communication skills, and be able to work weekends and overtime as needed. Flexibility of this person’s schedule is extremely important.
