Responsibilities:
- Manage all service levels to ensure internal performance metrics and customer requirements are met.
- Development, management, and achievement of financial performance requirements.
- Management of volume forecasting, and workload/staff planning.
- Drive operational performance with focus on productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Manage and development of all employees, including leadership and motivation, compliance with company policies and procedures, communications, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- 7 years progressively responsible management experience in transportation and distribution management, with 5 years P&L accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Distribution Center operations and best practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and team building skills.
- Exemplary interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact at multiple levels in support of customer relationships.
