Uline seeks Distribution Management at its Los Angeles Branch in Ontario, California.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

• 1st: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM.
• 2nd: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 PM to 5 AM.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hands-on management of our 750,000 sq. ft. Distribution Center.
• Schedule, motivate and lead a team of 200+ warehouse personnel.
• Coordinate all inbound / outbound parcel, LTL carriers and help with inventory management.
• Manage warehouse operations. Provide and solicit ideas for improvements.
• Work closely with Inventory Control team to coordinate product movement, warehouse slotting changes and product rotation process.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 7+ years supervisory experience within a multi-shift / multi-building distribution center – 300,000 sq. ft. or larger.
• Skilled at operating warehouse equipment – standup reach trucks, stock pickers and forklifts.
