We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, take-charge leader to manage the safe and efficient day-to-day operations of our Lebanon, NH and Rutland, VT locations.
In addition to managing distribution activities of our propane and distillate products, your primary responsibilities will be to provide strong leadership, coaching, and guidance to the location staff. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to keep the staff motivated and focused in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.

Your supervisory responsibilities will include: - Interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Planning, assigning, and directing work
- Appraising performance
- Rewarding and disciplining employees
- Addressing and resolving complaints and problems
Our ideal candidate will possess minimum of an Associate’s Degree (A.A.) in business or an equivalent education from a two-year college or technical school; a minimum of 3 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in MS Office required.
