	Distribution Operations Manager - Room for Growth and advancement We are searching for an experienced Distribution Operations Manager. Candidate must have prior experience leading a team of 5+ supervisors and 200+ non-exempt associates in a 100,000+ sq ft facility. Prior experience (5 - 10 years) in "Big Box" distribution operations experience required. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in process improvements, operational management, quality improvement initiatives and team building skills. Experienced candidates with P & L responsibility should apply. Strong skills in electronic systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF and pick-to-light systems. Company is offering relocation assistance for the right candidate.
