	Distribution Operations Manager - Room for Growth and advancement We are searching for an experienced Distribution Operations Manager. Candidate must have prior experience leading a team of 4+ supervisors and 100+ associates in a 100,000+ sq ft facility. Prior experience working in a union environment preferred. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience in process improvements, operational management, quality improvement initiatives and team building skills.
