Distribution Supervisor
About the Job
Bell Industries, Recreational Products Group a leader for over 50 years in the (RV-Motorsports-Snowmobile-Marine) Industry has an immediate opening for a Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day distribution operations. This includes monitoring and improving operational distribution practices, processes and technologies to improve quality and efficiency. A proven leader who can pprovide direction for the non-exempt team members.
Three to five years experience as a Distribution Center or Warehouse supervisor. A background which includes implementing a WMS and automating current processes would be preferred. Candidate must have a fundamental understanding of inventory control and distribution/logistics processes.
A four-year degree in Business or Management is preferred. An Associates Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
This position reports to the Vice President of Distribution and Logistics and will be based in Eagan, MN.
