District Manager - Fast Food Restaurant

This district manager position in the Las Vegas marketplace will provide leadership for multiple fast-food restaurant locations and also provides leadership for each individual store manager in the local market to ensure customer satisfaction.
Must have a minimum of 3 -5 years of operational quick-service restaurant experience with multiple stores and provable high progressive sales volumes.
Leads the way by working with each Regional General Manager in the market to deliver RCP (restaurant controllable profit) and meet targeted follow through in each restaurant ensuring that correct operational procedures are followed at all times.
Partners with the RGM in the market to build sales over last year's sales achievements.
Accountable for coaching and training managers, Account Managers and Shift Supervisors for operational excellence, supports national training initiatives, involved in process for new employees orientation, monitors training  processes to ensure quality training of team members managers.
Aggressively develops and maintains RGM and AM Staffing levels; drives to fill management staffing for each restaurant in the market; commits to selection process; monitors restaurant-level staffing.
Absolutely uncompromising execution of the highest standards of OSHA, local health and safety and security policy.
Champions recognition and motivation efforts of their staff throughout the marketplace.
Does not compromise in creating and maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers
Has authority to hire and fire or participate in those activities.
Resolution oriented in a All restaurant --level  activities;provides needed  assistance for the RGM; is proactive in addressing current needs in the market.
Exhibits  ownership when working with GM's to resolve chronic  issues; determines causes of excessive R&M; gathers R&M issues:  identifies trends and takes to Facility Leader
 
Requirements:
Good Communication skills, and strong interpersonal and  conflict resolution skills
Exceptional team building capability
Basic business math and accounting skill, strong analytical/decision-making skills
Basic Computer literacy
High School Diploma or GED mandatory. College or university degree preferred
Minimum of three to five years of successful high sales volume, operational management experience in Quick Service restaurant industry.
Demonstrated track record of work place achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees
Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
