What are the requirements?

You need to be interested in a fast paced management environment, with strong leadership abilities and multi-tasking skills.  You must be ambitious, creative, resourceful, hard working and have strong customer service skills.  A college degree is preferred for District Managers and General Managers.  District Managers also need to have at least 2 years experience as a multi-unit manager in the hospitality industry.

How long does it take to move up?

It’s all about you!  You will be engaged in learning from Day 1.  You will go through our training plan and if you have a solid customer service attitude, desire, drive and the ability to effectively manage in a fast paced environment, the sky is the limit!

Where can I work?

We have 42 locations throughout the state of Texas.  Our opportunities are located in the beautiful coastal region in and around Corpus Christi, or in the larger cities of San Antonio and Ft. Worth. and throughout Southern Texas in the Rio Grande Valley.
