We are currently seeking qualified candidates for District Manager. If you are currently a District Manager for a large store retailer (Big Box), have a minimum of 3 years multi unit management experience in a multi-million dollar territory we want you on our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The District Manager is responsible for overseeing 12+ stores.

Primary Responsibilities include:

• Full P&L Responsibility for the District


• Leading and Coaching the Team


• Developing Store and Assistant Managers


• Communicating and Executing on Store Programs

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Currently a District Manager for a large store (Big Box) retailer.


• Or, currently a District Manager for a national retailer in a specialty store format.


• Minimum of 3 years in SKU intensive environment.


• A retail career history with increasing responsibility that demonstrates the ability to delegate tasks and works well under pressure.


• Experience in a big box retail store in a mass merchandising environment in a multi-unit capacity. Hardlines experience preferred.


• Demonstrated commitment to retail throughout career.


• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop talented professionals in a fun environment.
