BNC Real Eatate is seeking an experienced district manager for an apartment community.  Experience managing daily operations of Houston Multifamily portfolio is a MUST. 

Established Real Estate management company since 1977 seeks District Manager to run daily operations of Houston Multifamily portfolio.   Company desires a long term committed professional with high energy, and the following experience:

• Must have minimum 3 years District Manager experience with Multifamily C quality properties.
  
• Must have been an on-site property manager for at least 3 years.
  Computer skills must be advanced in, Onesite Rent Roll, AMSI, Excel, and Word.
  
• Advanced in preparing budgets, and proven success in meeting NOI goals.
  
• Excellent knowledge in monthly property financials and writing narratives to Partnership's / Lender's.
  
• Dedicated individual who can lead the on site teams by example via hands on leadership and a CAN DO ATTITUDE.
  
• Creative with leasing and marketing ideas.

Compensation package to include medical benefits, bonuses, and base salary of $65,000.
