Job Summary


 


To develop prospective clients through direct or telephone contact with community businesses and generate referral sources by culturing relationships with several key influencers and trade associations. To present, sell and close PEO, ASO, and PSB to all types of businesses. To build and maintain positive client relationships and as needed facilitate client needs through Payroll Solutions support team.


  


 


        Essential Functions  



  • Call on prospects to do presentations and explain features of service, cost and advantages.
  • Report on all sales related activities daily.
  • Assess prospective clients for risk factors relative to workers compensation and benefits.
  • Learn the essential elements of payroll, human resources, benefits, Slavic 401k and workers compensation as it applies to the District Manager role.
  • Understand and apply company Purpose, Core Values and Vision supporting positive individual and team relations.
  • Attend all sales meetings and other meetings as required.
  • Reports to the Regional Sales Manager as required and complete all requisite reports.
  • Meet or exceed individualized quotas and goals.
  • Adhere to established on-boarding and implementation processes.
