Position Summary
The District manager is responsible for effectively routing RSR territories to meet call frequency and in-store objective needs. The individual will be accountable for hands-on, field-based training of Crossmark Supervisor surrounding the complete knowledge of Dannon products and merchandising guidelines.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring In-Store Conditions for Michigan Territory meets Dannon Established Standards in the areas of shelf, assortment, pricing and merchandising and business needs for assigned stores
- Achieving business results and ensuring delivery of customers KPI and scorecard objectives
- Regularly assess needs of the Michigan District and develop and execute business plan to meet or exceed assigned goals surrounding 1) Sales, 2) Market / Brand Share, 3) ACV distribution levels
- Increasing operations penetration of Retail Customers – Initial Focus on Kroger and Walmart. Work w/ CBM’s and Sales Director’s to develop and execute business strategies across key operational buyers (approx 25)
Qualifications
- BA and previous experience in managing Broker representatives
- Plan-o-gram development experience
- 5+ experience in Sales or related field
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- Willing to travel regularly (approx. 4 days/week in the field)
- Excel and PowerPoint skills
