Qualified District Management candidates must possess:

• 3 + years of Multi-Unit Quick-Service or Fast-Casual Restaurant Experience
• Senior Level leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in building relationships with internal and external customers and an ability to motivate a team to a common set of goals
• Ability to direct multiple unit managers to ensure store profitability through management of Operational Performance as balanced to the financial goals
